Protection des clients Implementation Series #8

Why clients insights matter, and how to use in decision making

Financial service providers increasingly collect data on their clients—through surveys, complaints mechanisms, and operational systems. However, a key challenge remains: how to translate this data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making and improve client protection in practice. This webinar will explore why client insights are essential to effective client protection and how institutions can move beyond data collection to actively use insights in shaping products, services, and internal processes. It will highlight how understanding clients’ behaviors, experiences, and constraints is critical to ensuring that financial services truly meet their needs and protect them from harm.
