Célia Fernandez leads internal and external communications for Cerise+SPTF globally. She supports internal administration for Cerise in France. As part of the Sustainable Outcomes Management Project, Célia facilitates working groups and manages communication and internal reporting to donors.

She holds a master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris. She has 12 years’ experience in project management for NGOs in Morocco, Cambodia and France, as well as experience as a Quality Manager (ISO 9001 Standard). She speaks French and English.​
