Among her responsibilities, Snezana manages all activities related to SPI Tool and the SPM Professionals Network, and leads technical assistance and trainings around SEPM, Client Protection and SPI, and more recently Outcomes Management. She has been in the inclusive finance sector since the early 2000s and has worked directly with a large number of actors in the field (financial service providers, professional associations, regional and international networks), mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa, but also in Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining Cerise in 2019, she worked for PAMIGA as head of Social Performance Management Program. Snezana is specialized in areas related to social and environmental performance management, client protection and outcomes management. Prior to working in inclusive finance, she worked more than 7 years in marketing and communication in the private sector. She graduated from Paris IX Dauphine University in “Business Administration in Developing Countries.” Snezana is trilingual in French, English and Spanish and intermediate in Portuguese and Serbo-Croatian. ​
