Paul Weber

Mr. Paul Weber is an Attaché de Légation of the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs within the Luxembourg Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs. He focuses on evaluating evidence, strategizing, and effectively supervising programs in the areas of financial inclusion, private sector engagement and development.
He joined the Luxembourg Development Cooperation as an Attaché thématique in June 2020 and specializes in inclusive finance, Digital for Development and private sector engagement.
Prior to this assignment, Mr Weber acted as Chargé de Mission in the Directorate of European affairs and international economic relations, where he worked in the unit responsible for the Benelux Union and the bilateral relations with the neighboring countries.
Mr Paul Weber is a qualified sociologist and political scientist and holds a Master degree from the RWTH Aachen University and a bachelor’s degree from the Universität zu Köln.
