Gladys is the administrator of GBC, a structure that offers administrative support to companies that want to restructure their administrative department. She has been involved in the daily management of the secretariat for the Responsible Inclusive Finance Facility for Sub-Saharan Africa since 2015.

Prior to joining SPTF, Gladys worked as back office administrator and technical assistant for different investment funds in Mauritius. She also assists companies with events management over Africa and Europe. She studied business management and psychology in France. A native French speaker, she is proficient in English.
