Zoé Guillout is in charge of monitoring users and partners. Her main tasks include managing and coordinating the e-learning module, providing support to users of SPI tools and facilitating the SEPM Professionals Network. Before joining Cerise, Zoé completed an internship at the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation as an assistant investment officer. She also gained initial experience as a loan officer at Adie (the main French MFI). Zoé holds a Master degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Bordeaux and Aix-en-Provence in International Affairs, with a specialization in Risk Analysis in Southern Countries. She wrote her master’s thesis on microfinance and adaptation to climate change. She speaks French and English.
